How To Register

 

There are two sections:
1) Registering a player for the first time. 2)Registering a player again.
 
If you are having trouble registering, these steps could help out. 

Before registering, be sure to read over the entire webpage for important information.

These instructions are if you have NEVER registered a player before.

 

Go to the registration page: https://smaa.powerupsports.com/

Click “SIGN UP”

Create an account. NOTE: Once the player is registered, they will be under the email address you are about to enter. Once registered, the player can not be registered under a second email. If your email changes or you forget your password, please reach out to smaa.smaasarnia.com for assistance.

You will now be on the Customer/Guardian Profile Page. Please fill it out. Click Save when done. 

Double-check that your information is correct, especially the email and phone number as this information is how we will contact you. 

It’s now time to add your player(s).

Click “Add another Player”

Select the number of players you would like to register.

Fill out the information for each player. Be sure the birthdate is correct. Save when done.

A pop-up will appear that says “Member Zone Support”. Just close that window.

It’s now time to register.

On the left-hand side, click “Register Now”

Your player’s name should appear at the top. NOTE: If you signed up for more than one player, scroll down and you will see the other players.

The leagues and divisions that your player is eligible to sign up for will appear under the player’s name. There will be several options. Be sure to select the correct option.

Click the check box with the division cost that you would like your player to play. Do this for each registered player.

When done, scroll down and select “Add To Basket”

You are now on the checkout page. You should see the League and Division you are signing up for. The Cash Calendar will also automatically appear. One $20 cash calendar for each player. 

At this point, you can select if you would like to volunteer. We always need help from coaches and helpers. We can’t run a league without volunteer helpers. 

If everything looks good, click “Check Out”

This will take you to the questionnaire page. You must enter your player’s shirt and pant size. Shirt size is really important as this is the size we will order for your player. The shirts are pre-shrunk cotton blend. Try your best to guess what the pant size is. If it isn’t correct, we usually have a few extras laying around for an exchange, but we don’t have extra shirts.

Click the checkboxes, then click “Submit”

You are now on the payment options page. Your options are Visa, MC and Offline Payment. Offline means that you plan on paying cash at the office. Complete registration, then make arrangements to drop off cash. 

You are now on the payment page. Enter your credit card information. You will also need to select the CONCUSSION SAFETY check box. Please make sure you understand Rowan’s Law. Click Submit.

Your player(s) are now registered. You will get a confirmation email. If you didn’t, check SPAM. If you still do not receive an email, please email smaa@smaasarnia.com

You will receive a call from a coach 1-2 weeks before you start

How to Register a player that has ALREADY played Hawks Baseball, Challenger Ball, Sarnia Heat Girls Fastball and SMAA Football

 

NOTE: You must have the original email address that was used when the player was first registered. A player can not be registered again under another email. The system will block you. If you need to change your email, please email smaa@smaasarnia.com and someone will change the email on the backend.

If you have forgotten your password, follow the forgot your password steps.

Click Log In and enter your email and password. Click LOG IN

Click on any of the sports under “Player Registrations Available”. It doesn’t matter which one you select.

Your player’s name should appear at the top. NOTE: If you signed up for more than one player, scroll down and you will see the other players.
